Hi, I'm Matt Redd. I've been working in software as an engineer or leader for the better part of the last 25 years. I have a lot of thoughts that I need to get out. I'd like to share some of what I've learned, some ideas about how we can do better in our industry, stories, maybe exorcise some demons, and whatever else I feel like.
